Feasibility Studies
A feasibility study is only useful if it is capable of saying no.
Most feasibility studies are commissioned after the decision has been made, and they read that way. Ours is built so the answer can be negative, and so the assumptions that produce the answer are visible and editable.
The model you receive is the model we used. Change an input and the conclusion moves in front of you — which is the only honest way to hand over a financial case.
How the work runs
- 01
Establish the base case
Costs, timing, absorption and pricing, each traced to a source.
- 02
Build the model
Full cash flow to exit, with IRR, payback and peak funding requirement.
- 03
Stress the result
What breaks it: slower sales, higher costs, later delivery, tighter credit.
- 04
State the verdict
Proceed, restructure, or stop — with the condition that would change it.
What you receive
- Editable financial model
- Assumption register with sources
- Sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Executive recommendation
Who this is for
- Developers before land acquisition or launch
